- Undergraduate Studies
We support the intellectual engagement and pursuit of learning by all KU students throughout their undergraduate education, from orientation through graduation, including guidance and academic support, advising, tutoring, and writing consultation. We encourage and facilitate participation in experiential learning opportunities.
- Academic Achievement and Access Center
The AAAC offers many services and programs to assist students in their academic success and to enhance their collegiate experience at KU.
- First-Year Experience
Our programs are designed to challenge and support students across the first year and to connect them to outstanding learning opportunities that will help them to achieve their academic goals.
- Experiential Learning
Experiential learning denotes a rigorous learning experience, occurring within a community setting (e.g., professional, artistic, scientific, scholarly, local) and integrated as part of an academic degree program, which requires the student to take an active role in the learning process.

Graduate study at KU prepares students as innovators and leaders who are ready to meet the demands of the academy, of industry, of government, and of our global society.
- Office of Study Abroad (OSA)
Develops and maintains high-quality international education, research and internship programs for KU students and faculty.
- Applied English Center (AEC)
Offers English language classes to students and scholars from all parts of the world.
- International Student Services (ISS)
Provides counseling on immigration issues for the international students and a variety of cultural programming for all students.
- Global Scholars Program
Outstanding students who are beginning their second year of college can apply for a KU-approved Study Abroad program. Students will be paired with faculty mentor for undergraduate research and participate in a semester-long seminar course.
- Global Awareness Program
Students interested in experiential learning and global understanding? Have them apply to GAP. It combines academic coursework, co-curricular involvement, and international experience. The program is open to all undergraduate students who wish to supplement their KU degree with GAP certification.
- Global Partners Program
Are your students looking for an exciting way to meet diverse people? Domestic and international students are paired together, giving them the opportunity to learn about the other’s culture.

The KU chapter strives to recognize students, faculty and staff who have distinguished themselves through their participation in international education.
