We are no longer accepting applications for the 2021-2022 academic year
We are currently seeking several faculty members who will serve as peer facilitator guides for small groups of faculty at different levels. Each facilitator will work with 1 or 2 groups who will meet monthly throughout the academic year. All facilitators will also meet as a group periodically to foster development of mentoring skills.
A stipend of $1125 - $2250 will be provided depending on whether the facilitator works with 1 or 2 groups.
Applications were due Friday, June 4 for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Ideal candidates are successful peer mentors who will find it a rewarding experience to facilitate small peer group discussions and who have demonstrated experience and commitment to working with diverse populations. Tenure-track facilitators should be one career milestone beyond the group they desire to facilitate. Non-tenure track facilitators should have 5+ years at KU.
